Communication and Language
We use lots of new words with the children to help them develop their vocabulary so they can share their ideas. We read stories, sing songs and learn lots of nursery rhymes to help children listen carefully and gain confidence to talk in longer sentences.
Did you know, if children know 8 Nursery Rhymes by the time they are 4, they will be super readers? Children are encouraged to talk to each other to solve problems and develop their play and we love to hear them asking questions to find out more!
